About this app

GlucoseTracker is a simple, private logbook for your finger-stick blood glucose readings. Log a reading in a few taps, see your patterns in clear charts, and keep your data on your phone. No account, no ads, no subscriptions and no cloud upload.

FAST, ERROR-RESISTANT LOGGING

• Add a reading in a few taps: value, unit, date and time, and meal context

• mg/dL or mmol/L, with date and time set to now by default

• Meal context tags: fasting, before or after breakfast, lunch or dinner, bedtime, or other

• Add an optional short note, like "felt dizzy"

• Built-in checks catch empty, zero or negative values, and ask you to confirm unusual numbers before saving

HISTORY YOU CAN TRUST

• All your readings, newest first, grouped by day

• Each entry shows its value, unit, time, meal context and a range label

• Tap any reading to edit it, or delete it with Undo

• A last-reading card shows your most recent value and how long ago you took it

TRENDS THAT ARE EASY TO READ

• Line charts of your real readings by day, week, month or a custom range

• Points colored by range (very low, low, in range, high, very high), with your target range shaded

• Range labels never rely on color alone

• Filter by meal context to see how readings compare before and after meals

• A summary shows how many readings you logged and the % of readings in each range

REMINDERS THAT WORK OFFLINE

• Set your own reminders with a time, optional weekdays and a label

• Reminders run on your device, with no network or account

• Tap a reminder to go straight to adding a reading

SETTINGS THAT FIT YOUR CARE PLAN

• Switch between mg/dL and mmol/L at any time; your saved readings are not changed

• Default ranges follow the International Consensus on Time in Range

• Adjust your low, high, very low and very high limits with your care team, and reset to defaults any time

• Export all readings or a date range as a CSV file

• Send it through the Android share sheet or save it where you choose

• The CSV opens in any spreadsheet and is easy for a clinician to read

• Nothing leaves your phone unless you start an export

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No sign-up and no sign-in

• No ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions

• Your readings are stored only in app-private storage on your device

• No analytics or crash reports receive your readings

BUILT FOR EVERYONE

• Large touch targets, strong contrast and TalkBack labels

• Supports large font sizes and dark theme

• Calm, plain wording: "Below target", not "Danger"

IMPORTANT: MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

GlucoseTracker is a personal logbook only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. It does not recommend insulin doses or treatment. I like it until I migrated to a new device and can't seem to export my data except to input one by one manually!!! Also, I can't edit an input when I made a mistake. Have to delete and input again.

App changed. Why did the app change? It no longer lets me just put in my #, I don't know how to read/calculate concentration, etc. I'll be finding a new app.

It would be nice if you could put in your name and the information could be saved if you reset your phone.
