About this app

C24 Vigila is the ideal platform to provide you with monitored personal security, whether for individuals, families, or businesses.

The app connects to a service provider with a monitoring center, such as a private security company, and sends alerts with map location, photos, audio recordings, and video clips as evidence of the incident.

C24 Vigila offers you:
- Police panic buttons and assistance, with geolocation, sound, and images of your emergency (MY ALARMS)
- A virtual guardian that accompanies you from place to place with route and time tracking (ON THE WAY)
- Viewing and control of your security cameras (MY CAMERAS)
- Tracking and monitoring of your family group, including entry and exit from geofences, maximum speed monitoring, inactivity monitoring, and cell phone battery status monitoring (MY GROUP)
- Programmable alert reports to the control center (MY ALERTS)
- Cell phone location if it's been stolen, from another member's SmartPanics app
- Use of an external Bluetooth SOS button paired with your cell phone

Your chosen service provider will give you a QR code to activate the app at their monitoring center, or you can choose a provider if you don't already have one, directly from the app.

Once your app is activated, you can add all your group members from there, creating your own QR codes for them.

C24 Vigila is free; there are no in-app purchases or fees.
