In an emergency, every second counts. SecureLink provides dedicated buttons for:
• Panic/Police: For immediate security threats.
• Fire: For fire-related emergencies.
• Assistance/Medical: For health-related or general aid.
The Monitoring Process: When you trigger an alarm, the alert is received immediately by professional operators at our SecureLink Monitoring Center. Our team assesses the situation in real-time, utilizing the location data and multimedia evidence sent by your device. If the situation
requires official intervention, our dispatchers immediately redirect the alert to the relevant emergency authorities (Police, Fire, or Medical Services) to ensure a rapid response.
ADVANCED SAFETY MODULES:
• ON MY WAY & HERE I AM: Activate a virtual guardian for your commutes. Set a destination and arrival time; if you do not arrive as planned, an automatic alert is sent to our monitoring
center.
• FAMILY & GROUP MONITORING: Stay informed about the safety of your loved ones or team members. Monitor real-time locations and receive geofence alerts when members enter or leave designated safe zones.
• MULTIMEDIA EVIDENCE: In addition to your GPS coordinates, the app can transmit photos and audio captured during the event to help our monitoring center verify the nature of the emergency.
• SMART INTEGRATION: SecureLink supports connection to external Bluetooth SOS buttons, allowing you to trigger an alarm discreetly without touching your phone screen.
