Auto RDM won't work in the following cases
⚠️If a chat is muted and no notification is generated
⚠️If you are currently viewing the chat and no notification appears
⚠️If device or messaging-app notifications are disabled
⚠️If notification previews are hidden
⚠️If the message or media was deleted before Auto RDM was installed and activated
⚠️If a media file was not fully downloaded or accessible before deletion
⚠️If Notification Access is removed
⚠️If battery optimization or background restrictions stop the app from operating

⚠️Important Note:⚠️ Auto RDM cannot retrieve messages or media deleted before installation. It works only by saving content made available through incoming device notifications after setup. The app does not access another app's private message database, remote account, or servers.

Privacy: Captured notification records and compatible media are stored locally on your device. Auto RDM does not upload captured chat content to developer-operated servers. You can delete locally stored records from within the app.

Auto RDM is a utility that scans incoming notifications after you grant Notification Access. It can save text shown in an alert and may also save compatible media that was fully downloaded and accessible through the notification before the original message was removed.

Capture Compatible Media The app may save supported pictures, videos, voice notes, audio, animated gifs, documents, or stickers only when the file was fully downloaded and made accessible to Auto RDM before deletion. It cannot retrieve media that was unavailable, incomplete, or not included with the notification.

How does it work?

⚠️Auto RDM cannot access encrypted conversations or private databases directly. It monitors incoming Android notifications and creates local records from the content made available to it. If a message is later removed and a record was successfully created beforehand, that captured content may remain available in Auto RDM.

Media CaptureMedia availability depends on the messaging app, notification format, download status, device settings, and storage access. Auto RDM cannot guarantee that every picture, video, voice note, audio file, gif, document, or sticker will be captured.

Use Auto RDM to review compatible content that was successfully captured from notifications while the app was active.

it's very important to know what message got deleted from friend, brother etc. I texted it. it is really good app

Tried free trial for 2 days. Did not do anything i thought it would. Tried to cancel, sent multiple messages/emails to customer support. I can no longer log on, but my account was charged the fee. Not sure how to stop it at this point, with the exception of getting a new debit card.

I'm requesting a refund for a subscription that was accidentally purchased. I was unaware that the free trial is would automatically subscribe to charge my account once it expired. But my intention was to try the free trial i didn't intend to continue with the subscription. I really need my money back as it was meant for my allowance and deeply needed it. Actually no issued in this app it's very nice and fur o used it. I just want kindly to ask for your help in processing refund. Thank you!
