SoftApps – The Personal Launcher for Softline Apps

With SoftApps, you can install and launch Softline applications directly on your device – quickly, securely, and without a browser. Whether company tools, internal applications, or specialized Softline apps: SoftApps brings them to your smartphone as standalone apps.

It's that easy

Scan a QR code or enter a URL – SoftApps downloads and automatically installs the desired application. The app is ready to use in seconds and can be launched directly from the launcher.

Security First

Every app is cryptographically checked before installation. SoftApps verifies the integrity of each download with SHA-256 checksums and validates authenticity using RSA signatures. This ensures that only trusted and unmodified applications reach your device.

Always Up-to-Date

SoftApps automatically checks for updates to your installed apps. Available updates are displayed directly and can be installed with a single tap. Progress is shown in real time – from download and verification to the completed installation.

Offline capability

Once installed, apps are stored locally on your device and delivered via an integrated server. This means your apps launch instantly and can be used independently of an active internet connection. The connection is only required for downloading and updates.

Backend integration

Apps that require a server component are automatically connected to their backend. SoftApps transparently forwards API requests via an integrated reverse proxy – configuration is fully automated using the app metadata.

Enterprise-ready

SoftApps supports Mobile Device Management (MDM). Administrators can centrally preconfigure an app URL so that the desired application is automatically downloaded and launched upon startup. Ideal for corporate devices, kiosk systems, or managed endpoints.

Clear Management

All installed apps are displayed in a clear tile view – with individual app icons, names, and version numbers. Apps can be deleted or updated at any time. If you only have one app installed, you can launch it directly.
