Very disappointing experience. I have been waiting for my withdrawal for almost a month, and it is still pending. I have contacted support multiple times and kept following up, but I have not received a clear explanation or a proper resolution. I spent a lot of time and effort using this app because I trusted that withdrawals would be processed fairly. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Waiting this long without receiving my withdrawal is extremely frustrating.

The game itself is fun and the tasks are doable, but the biggest problem is needing a "key" just to withdraw your earnings. It is already hard enough to earn the green money, and winning keys in the Key Match is very difficult and slow. It feels like you are working hard but can never actually get your money out.Please change the rules: allow withdrawal without requiring keys. If you want to adjust, just lower the amount you give or set a reasonable minimum limit — but do not make it impossible.

Fix, Ranking System, What do you mean in only 20 minutes someone already reaches 6 energy, and the others only in 30 minutes. When I play I need almost 2 hours to achieve it. This has a Fix system preventing the player Withdrawing Money, while you, the Player keeps on playing ads so they can get money without returning a little bit to the Player. Greedy corporation.
