To make things even easier for those travelling as part as a group, we have an Irish Ferries Coach Scan app. This app is available in English & French

The app enables coach drivers, travel company representatives or group travel organisers to scan passports or ID cards of all passengers travelling as a group in advance of arrival at the ports, to facilitate a faster check-in time.
Once downloaded, follow the simple step by step instructions on screen:
1. Select your preferred language - English or French
2. Accept our Terms of Service to continue
3. Follow the phone authentication steps (required for the safety and security of the app)
4. Once verified, enter the booking details to recall your reservation
5. Commence passport scanning:
Select if it is a driver, courier/leader or passenger passport/ID card for scanning
Allow the app to access the camera
Align the passport/ID card with the on-screen scanning frame
Once positioned correctly, the passport/ID card will scan automatically
Ensure that the data displayed on screen matches the passport/ID card before submitting
6. Repeat until all passport/ID cards are scanned, and then press "Finish Scanning".
7. For any passport/ID cards you are unable to scan, present these on arrival at the port.
8. Choose to log out or to start scanning for another booking.
