Soft Agent is the internal professional mobile application reserved for Soft Security's field agents.
This application allows agents to manage and report their daily service activity in a secure and structured manner.
Main features:
- Time and attendance: Secure recording of shift start and end times from assigned sites using geolocation.
- Scheduling and services: Real-time access to upcoming on-call schedules, assigned missions, and details of each shift.
- Field reports: Drafting and submitting incident or anomaly reports observed during shifts, with the option to attach supporting photos.
- Activity history: Viewing the personal history of completed shifts.
- Profile information: Access to job description and professional information (employee ID, contract type).
Important: This application is an internal work tool for strictly professional use. Access requires personal identifiers previously configured by the Human Resources department of Soft Security.
