Horrible experience. Honestly, there must be so much better off the shelf solutions available. Been using this for booking COVID vaccinator shifts. The app is super slow, there is no way of showing vaccination centres on a map or just seeing which centre actually has shifts available. Once booked, the 'my shifts' tab just doesn't work. The homepage of the app also doesn't have any use that our st john's ambulance manual mentions? It really shouldn't be such a massive pain to volunteer.

Truly abysmal. If I worked for this company, I would be ashamed that this had been released. On my ‘preferred device’, the installed version does not support QR codes. Forced to use a different device. During registering / logging in, it tells you to press the ‘next’ button or ‘scan’ button, but these do not exist. Instead there are icons which are probably meant to represent these functions, but they are 80% missing off the bottom of the screen – and that’s in portrait mode. In landscape mode, they are probably so far off the screen, they are simply not accessible. Being able to recognise the screen size is a basic function, so why not use it?

Just installed to try to sync my shifts with my calendar automatically, the app asks for permission for GPS location for no obvious reason, then it's just a white screen. When I did use it on a previous handset I found the app very poor with limited functionality. They need to bite the bullet and bring in a competent app developer to build a new interface from scratch with full functionality.
