Terrible user experience. I can not get past the initial setup stage. The support were nice, but they pretty much told me to go to an office of the bank and try to find someone there to help me with the app issues. In the meantime, I can not make any online payment and honestly don't see the point of having mobile banking if you need to go to a physical office every time you need to make a payment.

Very bad application. Their support is really cooperative, but why do you need to even contact them ? The app has a lot of outages! I have been locked in at least 20 situations for 1 year. In addition to that, recently I started getting some kind of "not_auth" errors, which means the renewal of the auth token isn't getting done on time... The only way to workaround this is to reinstall the application. If it wasn't the total security of Allianz, I would've already changed the bank.

It's just poor service, plain and simple. You cannot expect me to trust you sith my finances when your app is so unreliable that it doesn't let me log in to my mobile banking or make online payments without having to re-install it. It's very inconvenient and I'm considering changing banks because of it. It takes precious time out of my day in re-installing and setting it up just to make an online payment. It's ridiculous. Get your...stuff sorted out.
