HidroOs is the official field application for technicians and operational teams executing sanitation and water supply service orders.

Designed for field use, the app organizes the technician's workday and centralizes all service order (SO) execution in one place, from start to finish.

MAIN FEATURES

• Work Diary: View the day's list of service orders, with address, protocol, and service information, organized in a simple and clear way.

• Service Order Details: Access all SO information, history, and execution status directly from your mobile phone.

• Measurements: Record measurements taken during the service, linked to the corresponding service order.

• Materials Used: Report the materials used in the service performed, maintaining control of consumption in the field.

• Daily Work Report (RDO): Fill out the team report, attach photos of the service, and collect the digital signature of the responsible party directly on the screen.

• Attachments and photos: capture and send photos of the service performed as evidence of the service.

• Service issuance: finalize and issue the service performed upon completion of the field service.

• Works with unstable connections: data is saved locally on the device and is automatically synchronized with the system as soon as the internet is available, ideal for areas with limited signal.

• Technician profile: consult your access data and user information at any time.

WHO IS THE APP FOR?

HidroOs is intended exclusively for authorized technicians and employees of sanitation companies that use the HidroOs system. Access is via login and password provided by the company responsible for the operation.

This application is a corporate tool for internal use and does not perform public user registration.
