• Improving workflow efficiency by providing a fast and easy tool for submitting work requests.

My company recently migrated all data and operations into this app with the expectation it would improve our efficiency and make our lives easier. One month in and our entire workflow is still broken and the app is riddled with errors and crashes. This is despite the softwrench team promising these kinks would be worked out quickly. This company promised the world to my company and severely underdelivered. Snake oil if you ask me.

App crashes all the time. I'm stuck using it at work. Actually slows productivity. Whatever they did about a month ago ruined what was a functional app.
