The app is abysmal. Which wouldn't matter that much if membership cards were still issued. But we are forced to use our phones to order at the bar, enter the house, everything. And the app is slow (at best), missing key features, and crashes (at worst). This was a super half-baked idea to roll out a buggy and lacking app that is essentially in beta in-lieu of membership cards. If it's even slightly busy, bar staff will yell at you for using the phone instead of a (non-existent) membership card

As a new member I was expecting the app to match the status that comes with being a House member. I was trying to book a table and the date box wasn't working correctly, I tried to contact support and the support box didn't work. I'm on android, house pay doesn't work You can't see or check your balance either. If this is a key feature why isn't it working. I'll update my score when it gets fixed.

UPDATE Feb 2023: Notifications now work again on Android since new uodate. But HousePay has never worked and continues not to. Score updated. Since the Jan 18th 2023 update on android, this app no longer sends notifications or logs me in to soho house as on site. Enabling notifications in App settings doesn't work as they dis-enable again as soon as you keave the sub menu. House Pay also still doesn't work. Will update if they fix.
