I am annoyed with the lack of support bc we are not ios user. I was marked "walk out" when I got up to find a waiter to check me out. All summer long I had been trying to book the pool with not even one option showing up. I asked to use my friends iPhone and was able to in less than a minute. Now that I am trying to look at my booking, no future or past bookings show in my app. It's annoying. We pay the same amount for membership but get less ability to enjoy the houses. Do better.

The app is abysmal. Which wouldn't matter that much if membership cards were still issued. But we are forced to use our phones to order at the bar, enter the house, everything. And the app is slow (at best), missing key features, and crashes (at worst). This was a super half-baked idea to roll out a buggy and lacking app that is essentially in beta in-lieu of membership cards. If it's even slightly busy, bar staff will yell at you for using the phone instead of a (non-existent) membership card

Terrible experience I pay to be a member of Soho House and I can't even book to attend events through their app as it continually signs me out and won't send me notifications. The amount they charge monthly for members to not have a working app for Android users is unexcusable. You can't even send feedback on the app It just goes to a blank page,that's how bad it is. I'm canceling my membership because of this and demanding a refund for the past quarter and everyone else should do the same.
