The app is abysmal. Which wouldn't matter that much if membership cards were still issued. But we are forced to use our phones to order at the bar, enter the house, everything. And the app is slow (at best), missing key features, and crashes (at worst). This was a super half-baked idea to roll out a buggy and lacking app that is essentially in beta in-lieu of membership cards. If it's even slightly busy, bar staff will yell at you for using the phone instead of a (non-existent) membership card

On Android, I get notifications that I have an open bar tab and can tap to pay. Tapping it does nothing, because Android doesn't support House Pay. Which I only found out by reading other disappointed reviews going back over a year. Also, I regularly see date boxes add or subtract a day between me selecting the date and confirming the booking. It happened both for a restaurant booking and guest invite.

This app is terrible. I cannot make pool deck bookings at all - when I click on a date or time slot to book I am taken to a blank screen and cannot make the booking. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no change. Since the houses won't let you book online or over the phone I cannot make any pool deck reservations at all until this terrible app is fixed.
