Spotter simplifies vehicle entry and exit processes and parking tasks using integrated OCR technology to read license plate and chassis (VIN). Staff scan the vehicle and direct it to the designated parking spot; the system automatically adds the vehicle to the list, providing real-time location and status information. When the chassis is scanned, a quick record can be created to identify missing parts and damage—saved with a photo, note, and timestamp.
