About this app

Sokofa Seller is the official vendor app for Sokofa, the online marketplace for authentic African products. It lets approved Sokofa sellers manage their shop directly from an Android phone.

Sign in with your Sokofa seller account to:

• Manage orders — view new and pending orders, see order details, mark items as dispatched, and track fulfilment.
• Manage products — create and edit product listings, upload product photos, set prices, and update stock levels.
• Track payouts — check your sales balance, request withdrawals, and manage your bank payout details.
• View analytics — see sales performance, revenue and order trends for your shop.
• Get notified — receive push, SMS and email alerts when you make a sale or a payout is processed.
• Create coupons — set up discount codes and promotions for your products.
• Manage your store profile — update your business details and certifications.

Sokofa Seller connects to the same secure Sokofa account you use on the web, so your products, orders and payouts stay in sync across all your devices. All connections use encrypted HTTPS.

You need an approved Sokofa seller account to use this app. If you are not yet a seller, you can apply to become one from within the app.

Sokofa Seller is a business tool for merchants — it is not a shopping app for buyers.

What’s new

Sign in with your fingerprint. After your first sign in, your login is stored securely on your device, and from then on you can unlock your store with a touch. No more typing your password every time. Also in this update: performance and reliability improvements.
