Let me leave this here today.. my first time placing an order was a month ago and my order never got delivered as the driver called after passing my location and ended up selling my order without letting me know. The other day after making orders that were supposed to be delivered yesterday, the driver called when he was 400m away from my location telling me that he wasn't coming to my location and there wasn't any reason for that. This thing is so inconvenient and a waste of time.. very fake🤥

The services has been lacking a bit. In the beginning it was stellar. Not so much now. The latest update of the app is cumbersome. How come you have to click on an item to know its out of stock. Wastes a lot of time and is annoying. And this might be in my city's sokowatch-center but it seems half of the products are out of stock. Imagine how irritating it is to check one item after another only for it to be out of stock. Hope it gets better in the future.

Everything about the app is good. I love how simple it is to browse and understand, only that, and that is something that is making me to be pissed off completely. WHY SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER THAT WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED? Trust this organization at your own risk.
