The services has been lacking a bit. In the beginning it was stellar. Not so much now. The latest update of the app is cumbersome. How come you have to click on an item to know its out of stock. Wastes a lot of time and is annoying. And this might be in my city's sokowatch-center but it seems half of the products are out of stock. Imagine how irritating it is to check one item after another only for it to be out of stock. Hope it gets better in the future.

I appreciate the service providers by the delivery team. Actually let's all agree, that "to certify all clients at 100% rate is not possible" WASOKO luck's skills of data entry clerks and IT technicians to fix generating viruses as well as auto update on Oracle of the version used. We need a clear stock level after replenishment, which should focus on fisical stocks in the warehouse ready for delivery. The version used is almost taking as back to analog while we are a step ahead of digital.

A very disappointing app. Indicates goods available but after placing the order incomplete deliveries are made at the client's shop with reason 'out of stock'. Most of the items are out of stock but the app indicates otherwise. To make it worse very little help received from sales representatives/customer care despite numerous complaints. Orders now taking over 24 hours to be delivered. Surely you can do better than this!
