Absolutely horrendous customer service. Don't waste your time and money because they'll make you drive up and down for nothing. No saving whatsoever. My order took weeks, then when the app said the order was ready for collection I arrived at the collection point during the stipulated hours and they were closed (and then denied the fact later). We had to go back the next working day and was told that actually they didn't have my order and would have to wait for the order to arrive.

Firstly fix your grammar on your app, secondly your process to order items is a mess, I have to do everything manually, you can't pay for one whole basket of groceries, I have to make several card transactions per item, that's pathetic. Once items are paid, they first take 2 days to confirm, then instead of delivering, they request that you manually tell them to deliver.... Like cmon, automate the process, I should have to ask you to deliver my items when I've paid delivery.

Products are affordable but service delivery hayi it's not make sure.You have to wait 2 or more days for your order to be processed and they let you purchase an item while they know it's out of stock.I purchased several items, some are missing.You make payment for one item that's ridiculous,I don't even know why they introduced cart.Fix the app so poor
