Common withdrawal rules for all members:
● The R$50 raffle cannot be withdrawn, but only for the purchase of a solar panel.
● Minimum withdrawal amount: R$20, that is, the amount must be an integral multiple of 20, such as 40, 60, 80,100 and the amount must not exceed R$10,000 each time.
● Allowed to pick up only once a day
● Opening hours during the week 【6:00 - 18:00】, pickup is canceled on weekends
● Verification and payment will not be made in withdrawal procedures on weekends or other legal holidays, as interbank shipping is disabled on those days.
● Withdrawals starting Monday through Thursday will be verified and approved before midnight of the next business day, withdrawals starting on Friday will be verified and approved before midnight of the next business day, which is Monday. Withdrawals on statutory holidays will be deferred to be considered to commence on the first business day after the holiday.
● The Finance Department will make the payment into your withdrawal bank account, provided it is approved and according to the interbank remittance rules, it still takes up to 48 hours for the money to be credited / reflected in your bank account after the The Finance Department made the payment.
