It frustrating and annoying.Been months now am trying to get verified yet they couldn't verify me,first I thought they don't verify Nigerians but it was clear to me when a friend of mine same Nigeria got verified and when I wrote to the support I was ask to get a passport,when I told them Nigerians don't make use of passport,the document available was National 🆔 card,BVN and Bank Statement.that's what my friend used and got verified without a passport,am not verified yet,now they block me

Hello! The mellow team is here. We're sorry for the trouble you had with our service. Please write to us in the chat support at support@mellow.io. We use a different provider to do verification, and sometimes there are issues with non-passport documents, but we solve them.
