Mōzoon (meaning "harmonious" or "in balance" in Farsi) is a combination of a device and an app that can be used in all phases of wine or grape juice processing. By testing grapes off the vine, it assists you in determining whether the sugar, acidity, and other characteristics are correct for harvesting. After all the grapes have been combined into a must, Mōzoon helps to test it to see if it has the right amount of oxygen, phenols, sugar, and acids. Once corrective action has been taken, you can retest until you have achieved an optimum balance in all critical areas. After bottling the wine, Mōzoon can be used to monitor its aging behavior, match it to a particular food, determine the peak time for its consumption based on a particular individual taste, and validate its authenticity, all while the bottle remains sealed.
