Super slow to load anything. And then I saved my workouts and it doesn't find them. I might be able to spend more time and get proficient with the app but every screen takes 20 seconds to load and I really can't sit there for 5 minutes poking around trying to figure the app. Easier to just use my Garmin app to record activity and then enter mileage manually.

The app works ok, taking too long at times to log information. Also, there is a message that conveys that information on the display and app might be slightly different. The message has "don't show again" but it always shows each time after I press it. I don't get why the instructors in the workout videos aren't using spirit products. Am I wrong about this? I would rather see them on the product since I bought one.

The Spirit XG400 is a great machine, but the app is a Terrible experience. Workout on the app gets chopped in 4 or more segments on the app, if it stays connected the entire workout. Distance doesn't match. Bluetooth drops out, and the phone sits on the display.
