Ratings and reviews

Multiple attempts to connect to the Wi-Fi were unsuccessful. Only able to select 2.4g when the rest of the planet has switched to 5G. If there's ever a software update, maybe I'll try again.

I've been trying to connect my SoleusAir for the past 40 mins with no luck. I've resetted the AC so many times, i also resetted my phone after installing the app just to be sure. I'm connected to 2.4 G Wi-Fi as instructed but the app is still unable to connect or find the AC although the AC's pairing light is blinking properly.

Great product with a design feature that eliminates the biggest drawback of a window unit AC.
