Settly helps you track trip and group expenses and work out who owes whom. Whether you paid for the hotel or a friend covered dinner, bring everyone's payments and shares together for a clear settlement.
See who owes whom
Enter the amount, who paid and who shared each expense. See each person's payments and share of the costs, then check who needs to pay whom and how much.
Choose the people and how to split
Not everyone had coffee? Leave them out of that expense. Choose the people involved in each bill and split it equally, by ratio or by percentage. From equal shares to a 2:1 split, keep different arrangements in the same settlement sheet.
Share results as an image
Send the whole group's results or one person's results through your messaging app. Choose a simple settlement summary or a detailed image with the expense breakdown.
View by link. Edit together in the app.
Share a settlement link so others can view it in a browser without installing the app. To add or edit expenses together, join the same sheet in the Android app. Browser access is view-only.
Different currencies. One settlement.
Record expenses in different currencies and calculate balances in one settlement currency. Use automatic exchange rates for supported currency pairs, or enter your own rate or converted amount. Keep the original and converted amounts together for reference.
Keep a copy in PDF or Excel
Save or share a summary or detailed report for the whole settlement sheet as a PDF or Excel file. Add dates, categories, notes and receipt photos to expenses, then choose whether to include categories, notes and photos in detailed exports.
Use your preferred language
Choose Korean, English, Japanese or Traditional Chinese in settings.
Free version and Pro
The free version lets you keep up to 2 settlement sheets you create, with up to 10 expenses per sheet. Within these limits, you can calculate balances, convert currencies, share images and export PDF and Excel files.
Pro is a monthly or annual paid subscription that removes these creation limits and ads while the subscription is active. Limits for a shared sheet follow the creator's plan.
Settly calculates amounts owed. Make payments separately using your preferred payment service.
