The android app is utterly useless, crashes immediately after connecting to the unit, more than a little annoying. The web portal doesn't split properly so it's very difficult to work with it but I did manage to buy additional GBs after a little trial & error. The unit itself is working properly (outside of Freeport, Bahamas) but the software side needs to be fixed immediately

Works well enough. Had some issues in China though. Reason for the low grade is due to difficulty to cancel subscription. Tried multiple times on phone and laptop to have my password reset since they won't allow you to do it in the app, but it never came through. Sent a request for help in their general email and the auto response came through immediately so not sure what the issue is.

For unlimited plan: Connection gets choppy after I used a certain amount of megabytes for the day, then the connection gets throttled to the point where I can't easily access webpages on the browser. For Go Data: Works awesome, but having to spend $10 for a GB is nonsensical. App: It keeps crashing when I attempt to use it. Can't even do anything because it constantly freezes.

What’s new

Want to share your device with friends and family? Now you can invite them within the app as guest users. Guest users can check data balance and buy their own plans. Once done sharing, you can also remove them easily in the app.
