FieldOPS MS is Soliton Telmec's Managed Services field tool. Engineers sign in to their country backend and see the faults they're dispatched to. They work them on site clock in/out, log activities and materials, capture evidence photos and voice notes, track the SLA clock, record the day's crew, and keep the NOC updated. Full offline support queues work and sync when the signal returns.
