About this app

Solitus for Producers is the work app for event producers and teams. It transforms the team's cell phone into a check-in station: reading the ticket's QR code, instant validation, and real-time monitoring at the entrance.

EXCLUSIVE APP FOR PROFESSIONALS
Access is restricted to producers, organizers, and team members invited by the producer. There is no ticket sales or audience registration within the app: those attending the event use the organizer's website or app.

MAIN FEATURES
• QR Code Scanner: fast reading via camera, with visual feedback and vibration with each validation.

• Manual Check-in: searches for the ticket code when the QR code is damaged or illegible.

• Offline Mode: without signal at the entrance, check-ins enter a local queue and synchronize automatically as soon as the connection returns.

• Participant List: search, filters, check-in status, and validation directly from the list.

• Real-time statistics: total sales, check-ins performed, attendance rate, check-ins per hour, and performance by ticket type.

• Team management: track who is operating each entrance during the event.

• Secure login: email and password or Google/Apple account, with biometric unlocking.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
All traffic uses HTTPS. Participant data remains on the device only while needed for check-in and is deleted upon logout. You can delete your account directly from the app, in Settings > Privacy.

To use Solitus for Producers, a Solitus account with a producer, organizer, or team profile is required. Learn more at www.solitus.com.br.
