login very frequently says vague "system unavailable" when logging in. have some respect for your customers and put system status in the message so we're not left wonder if our credentials weren't just compromised, and we have to clean up because of your poor ux slop. outages happen, communicate the details and build trust. the vague message erodes it. will be avoiding the rest of Morgan Stanley products and services because of this poor experience.

Tried for the last hour to sign in. What's the point of having a complex password, biometric verification, then the 2 factor authentication with a text message that takes 10 minutes to receive? Only to be locked out because in my impatience, I requested the codes to be sent a few times, and ended up entering the wrong ones as they eventually came in? Now I have to phone Morgan Stanley on Monday to get access because they're closed on weekends. Edit: Ugh, another code just came in 🙄
