This app sucks. Every time I update it, I can't immediately log in to it because it forces me to go to the Shareworks website using desktop/tablet browser to complete the "First" steps a new app user has to do when you've never used the app before. None of my other banking & stock apps (or any other app for that matter) make me do this.

when it works it's a decent app. however 60% of the time the app doesn't work. it won't let me login, or it will tell me I have to go to the desktop website instead. very poorly made app.

Garbage. Morgan Stanley, your app is meant to work, not work whenever you feel like it. Randomly saying some steps need to be done in a browser when the garbage app has been barely doing what is expected doesn't do much for customer experience or your garbage app experience. Now, your garbage app wants me to pick and new use name and password, but I can't pick the username I've used for years with your garbage service because it says that it already exists, and I know that because it's mine.
