Key Features
Red Alert
Trigger an emergency alert to connect with the Emergency Dispatch Center. Specially trained operators will quickly listen in, locate you, assess the incident, and send appropriate help (e.g. a police response).

Check-In
Record a short voice message detailing your location, activity, and any perceived risks. This helps inform any future alert response.

Ready2Talk®*
A chaperone service for non-emergency but concerning situations. An operator stays on a one- or two-way call with you until you confirm you’re safe.

Incapacitation Alert*
Automatically triggers an alert if the app detects a slip, trip, or fall. Our operators will locate you, assess the situation, and dispatch help if needed (e.g. an ambulance).

Working Status
Indicate when you're on or off shift, helping managers allocate jobs and manage resources effectively.

Privacy Toggle
Control whether your location is visible to managers in SoloProtect Insights. (Location is always shared with our Emergency Dispatch Center during an alert.)

Risk Messaging*
Receive targeted safety messages or alerts from your manager through SoloProtect Insights. Confirm receipt to provide managers with visibility of who has been notified.

What’s new

• New language selector available when the app launches.
• Ability to disable the discreet activation feature (which triggers a Red Alert by pressing the power button four times).
• Working Status now appears in a panel at the top of the screen instead of being listed with the core safety features. Working Status can be changed by tapping this panel or from the side menu. It’s now also displayed in the notification view.
