The Soltec Technical Service application was developed to assist field technicians in performing installations, maintenance, and configurations of telemetry equipment in a practical, fast, and organized way.

Through the application, the technician can:

- perform checklists and technical reports;

- record installations, maintenance, and uninstalls;

- configure equipment via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi;

- update firmware and device parameters;

- record photos of services performed;

- access information and data of the equipment serviced;

- validate information on vehicles, machines, and devices;

The application was designed to optimize fieldwork, standardize technical processes, and facilitate the monitoring of activities performed by the operation's technicians.

Access to the system is restricted to authorized users linked to the company's operation.
