DE-RENA supports its users to permanently anchor their behavioral changes and intentions developed in prevention, therapy or rehabilitation in their everyday lives and thus to prevent relapses. The central element of DE-RENA is the daily planning and evaluation via the app, taking into account the user's desired balance of his areas of life. In addition to automated feedback on his progress in the app, the user is accompanied by a coach on the phone, who keeps track of his development via the coaching solution and can precisely support him on the basis of his input in the app.
