About this app

RYCOS KSeF Monitor monitors your company's account balance in the KSeF (National e-Invoice System of the Ministry of Finance) and can automatically notify you of new invoices via pop-up notifications on your smartphone or email. You can also display an image of the invoice on your smartphone.

Unique RYCOS KSeF Monitor features, always available free of charge
> Invoice synchronization with KSeF – RYCOS KSeF Monitor synchronizes invoices from the KSeF portal on your smartphone. Synchronization is possible at specified intervals (every 15 minutes, every hour, or every 24 hours) or whenever you request. > Multiple companies and different KSeF portal environments – in RYCOS KSeF Monitor, you can configure up to three different accounts (Tax Identification Number) or different KSeF environments. For each account, you can choose one of the KSeF environments: Production (Test or Demo require additional settings and contact the developer).
> Invoice synchronization period – RYCOS KSeF Monitor synchronizes invoices for the last full 12 months. Older invoices are deleted from your smartphone's memory (invoices are not deleted from the KSeF portal!).
> KSeF server status – you have up-to-date information about the availability of the KSeF service, including information about the KSeF server response time via the Rest API protocol.
> Automatic synchronization – the app automatically checks your KSeF account. You receive notifications about new invoices via a notification on your smartphone or an email to the email address you specified.
> Send invoices to a specified email address – you can specify an email address to which information about new invoices will be automatically sent. The email can include an image of the invoice as a .pdf file and/or the original .xml file in FA(3) format. The email also includes a direct link to the invoice on the KSeF portal with instructions on how to download the invoice.
> Detailed view of each invoice – you can display the invoice image on your smartphone screen, along with the QR code.
> Configuration of your own email server – you can configure your own email account (SMTP, @gmail.com) from which emails with information about new invoices will be sent. By default, emails are sent from the address [e-mail], but even then, SolutionsBay does not store any outgoing emails in its IT infrastructure.
> User-friendly Wizard or built-in token scanner for your company's account setup – when configuring your account, you can use one of the token creation methods: Wizard or scanning. The recommended configuration method is the Wizard, which automatically connects to your company's account on the KSeF portal, and authentication occurs using the mObywatel service (either on your smartphone or via a QR code).

Security and confidentiality above all
> Your data belongs only to you.
> All data is stored exclusively on your smartphone – the Tax Identification Number (NIP), token, and invoice information are stored in an encrypted part of the app, making them impossible to reconstruct by unauthorized persons.
> Biometric protection – identical to the settings on your smartphone: Face ID, Touch ID, or PIN.
> RYCOS KSeF Monitor communicates with KSeF servers using the official Rest API integration protocol.

Privacy
The app does not collect any analytical, location, or telemetry data. SolutionsBay does not use trackers, schedule ads, or install external SDKs. Your data about invoices and monitored companies remains solely on your smartphone.
