About this app

Solvait Client Portal is the secure client portal for Solvait customers. Check your licenses, invoices, contracts and project progress, and talk to the Solvait support team, from your phone or tablet at any time.

This app is for existing Solvait clients only. Sign in with the work email your Solvait account manager registered.

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR ACCOUNT
• Overview: see your active licenses, entities, project stage and upcoming renewals on one dashboard.
• Renewal dates for your Annual Subscription, Licenses and SLA, so nothing expires unnoticed.

LICENSES
• Browse every license with its modules, seats and status.
• See what is active, renewing soon or expired, with the expiry date for each.

CONTRACTS AND INVOICES
• Open and download your contracts, SLA terms and subscription details.
• View invoices and proformas, check due dates and spot overdue items at a glance.
• Download any invoice as a PDF.

PROJECT TRACKING
• Follow your implementation plan milestone by milestone, with due dates and completion progress.
• See which milestones are done, in progress or overdue.

SUPPORT, WITHOUT THE EMAIL CHAINS
• Raise a request in seconds: question, issue, feature request, change request or billing.
• Choose the module and function, set a priority and attach screenshots or files.
• Follow every request through to resolution and reply to Solvait consultants in the same thread.
• Track your SLA usage and see how many support tickets you have used in the current SLA year.
• Dashboards show your request volume, status and priority over time.

YOUR SOLVAIT TEAM
• Find your project manager and consultants and contact them directly.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Sign in with Microsoft, with your email and password, or with a one-time code sent to your email.
• Your data is kept separate from every other client's and is never shared.
• Each person on your team gets the access level that suits their role: full access, or support tickets only.
