About this app

Put train, rest, and stretch days on one calendar.
Tap a Train Desk chip, name the session, and save it to that day.
See a workout calendar next to recovery — not in a fitness feed.

KEY FEATURES

• Train Desk on Month. A Train / Rest / Stretch strip sits on the month grid. Each chip opens the editor with that lane ready and stores a real event you can edit.
• Month grid that shows sessions. Color-coded markers show a hard session versus a rest day. Tap a day to review, then add another block or change the time.
• Filter the selected day. Filter Month day markers and that day's list by Train, Rest, Stretch, or All.
• Create, edit, and delete. Add a title, date, times, optional all-day flag, notes, and a reminder. Change the lane any time. Delete a session and it leaves Month, Diary, and Search.
• Reminders before you train. Get a notification before a session starts, before stretch, or before a rest window.
• Search your training week. Look up a run, a lift, or a recovery block by title. Results come from your saved events.
• Lane-aware empty days. When a day has no sessions, a prompt starts the right lane.
• Language, theme, week start. Pick your language on first launch or later in Settings. Light, dark, or system theme. Week starts Sunday or Monday.
• Offline events. Sessions live on the device. Keep a gym schedule with no account.

PERFECT FOR

Gym-goers who keep a gym schedule on Sunday night.
Runners who need recovery visible on the same month as long runs.
Home-workout users who block stretch sessions, not a vague gym note.
People back from a break who want rest marked as a real day.
Training partners who share a simple week of Train / Rest / Stretch.

USE CASES

• Block three train days and two recovery days before the week starts.
• Schedule a Saturday long run, then a Sunday rest day on the same grid.
• Add a stretch after work and set a reminder so you actually start.
• Move a session when plans change, without rebuilding the whole week.
• Filter Month to Rest only and check that recovery days sit on Month.

WHY IT HELPS

Most calendars treat every event the same. This edition keeps the month, events, reminders, and search — with a training lane on top. Train, Rest, and Stretch stay on the grid, not in a workout social feed.

A fitness tracker often hides the month. A generic planner often hides recovery. Here the month stays home, and session types sit on it. You see recovery next to a hard session, not in a separate log.

A training planner shows what you add. Empty days invite the first session. Search indexes the same events. Edit a lane and the matching color shows on the grid.

Year view, holidays, and country picking are not part of this edition — training weeks are the product, not a holiday browser.
