Wasn't impressed with the "updated" U.I. from the start. Not as clean looking. Lately, when logging in, every 2nd or 3rd try I get either the infinite spinning beachball or a blank screen. Why so many "updated" apps work worse than what they are "fixing" is beyond me... Update Mar. 9th. stopped working completely. Reinstalled, no difference. Enter password, it goes right back to login screen. Tried 3 or 4 times and gave up. Couple hours later was able to log in. Deleted a star...

Software is inconsistent. Sometimes I can get into my account sometimes not. I find the autopay difficult to use. I much preferred the former software.

can't screenshot your confirmation info when a payment is made and I didn't see a way to get a electronic confirmation. there is no way to make late fee payments through the app either. You have to physically go to a branch.
