This used to be user friendly and simple. Now, it won't even load. Shuts right down. Installed SB card control as an alternate, but that app keeps crashing, not responding, or just shuts down. That won't work either. Junk app! Fix it please, or me and so many others will just use PayPal or Venmo.

Very simple app and I have used it for a long time and have loved it. After the new android update it wasn't loading at all even after uninstalling and then installing it again. I see that others have had the same issue. However I tried installing it again and it finally works just fine.

Solvay Bk has always been so helpful & the staff ready to straighten things out when i can' t! I leave my rating the same. Best bank & staff in the area. Now I'm able to handle all my payments by having my accounts so easy to access. I will give the same outstanding rate now. Always available to help with information organizations require. #1 with me. I am housebound so being able to do all my banking by phone is very valuable!
