Sonaline puts your business phone line on your Android phone. Text and call customers from your company number instead of your personal one, share lines with your team, and keep every conversation in one place — on your phone and on the web at app.sonaline.com.
Sonaline is for businesses that use the Sonaline service. You sign in with the account your workspace administrator created for you.
TEXTING
• Send and receive SMS and MMS from your business number — photos, files and voice notes included
• Shared inbox: see who on your team is handling a conversation, assign it, leave internal notes
• Delivery status, scheduled sends, signatures and auto-replies
CALLING
• Place and answer calls on your business line over Wi-Fi or mobile data
• Incoming calls ring like a normal phone call, even when the phone is locked
• Hold, transfer, merge, keypad, speaker and Bluetooth — and video calls
• Move a call between your phone and your computer without hanging up
• Voicemail you can play or read as text
CALL FROM YOUR PHONE'S OWN DIALER (OPTIONAL)
Turn on "Dial from your phone's dialer" (Settings → Calling → Carrier calling) and calls you place from your phone's normal dialer or contacts go out showing your business number, like Google Voice. Sonaline routes those calls through your mobile carrier to your business line. Emergency numbers always go straight to your carrier and are never touched.
If you allow it, Sonaline also corrects your phone's call log so it shows the number you dialed rather than Sonaline's access number. This call log access is optional, used only for this, and your call log never leaves your phone.
CONTACTS
• Your workspace's shared contact list, kept by your administrator, and your own personal contacts beside it
• Google Contacts sync with your personal contacts
• Names from your phone's own contacts, read on the phone and never uploaded
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• App lock with fingerprint or screen lock
• Two-factor sign-in, and sign-in with Google
• No ads, no tracking
