The app works very poorly. The invoice notifications don't come despite being allowed. The settings refuse to let you change anything due to some errors. The only thing that works is the paying of your invoices and ads... The app never sent me any kind of notification, even after re-installing. When I try to change the notification or any other setting, the app just announces that server is having issues and to try again later. The issue never ends. Customer service contacted 3 times. No result.

I am trying to buy a Multi sim and every time I try to purchase it, the app/site log me out, so I can't but it from the app/site. On top of that the Swedish and English pages are almost non existing. For such a big company, who also exists in Sweden, this is in my opinion week. if you don't want to spend time building your site in other languages, why not simply take your pages and put them into Google translation tool? I have also been in the queue in the chat for 30 minutes now.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems trying to order Multi-SIM subscription. We had different disturbances in Minun Telia sites on Friday morning and afternoon, so probably those caused also the problems you described. Did you get help in our Chat-service? 4g/5g Mobile data speed is according agreement should be 300 Mb/s for 24 months agreement. but reality is about Download 9 to 10 Mb/s. Upload 5.45 Mb/s. response to ping 36.18/ jitter 11.15. distance about closest tower from direct distance about less than 2 km. be careful before you go to your agreement. reality is far away from broken promise,.!

Hi! I understand the frustration when speeds don’t meet expectations. Mobile speeds vary due to many factors, such as network load, indoor coverage, device and location, even near a tower. Test speeds at different times and near a window/outdoors. If speeds stay low, you can submit a fault report via My Telia app. //Sonja
