The app works very poorly. The invoice notifications don't come despite being allowed. The settings refuse to let you change anything due to some errors. The only thing that works is the paying of your invoices and ads... The app never sent me any kind of notification, even after re-installing. When I try to change the notification or any other setting, the app just announces that server is having issues and to try again later. The issue never ends. Customer service contacted 3 times. No result.

can't get bills to the app - device has Android 9 and there is no 'bills'/'laskut' section in the app where to look. The support tells me 'you have to update the app every now and then' but there are no updates available (and apps typically notify about updates/automatically update themselves). I've got no notification about incompatibility between device/ Android version so I won't pay for Telia for solving out bugs in their app. EDIT: bills are not shown in the app if you log in with SMS-code.

Hello! You need to log in to the app with your bank ID to see invoices. With SMS-code you can only see that subsrcription info. //Hanna

I use telia prepaid netti and every time I tap on the service plan under "Phone subscriptions" intending to top up the balance - the app silently crashes every time on my pixel 4a with latest Android 12. Which kinda makes the app a bit useless for me, unfortunately. Upd: no, reinstalling doesn't help at all. Upd2: oh, yeah, the other app works, thanks! Still would be cool if this one didn't log me in successfully and then just crash without saying anything :)

Hello! Hmm you said that you have our prepaid plan. So I suggest you to use Telia Prepaid lataussovellus application because that application is for prepaid plans and Minun Telia application is for monthly paid subscriptions. Great to hear that helped and I understand what you are saying, it can be very confusing. //Jesse
