Soneya Express is the delivery application of the Soneya e-commerce marketplace. Soneya Express aims to improve the safety, efficiency and reliability of Soneya's deliveries. It helps to make deliveries fast and efficient.
The admin registers the delivery agents with their information, contact details and information of their delivery vehicles. Registered delivery agents are visible on Google with their actual location, making it easy to assign deliveries to agents closest to sellers and/or buyers.
Users can choose to stay online or disconnect, accept or decline orders. Users can filter orders by pending, in process, and delivered orders. Admin and delivery agents can add order comments and chat if needed. When a delivery agent picks up a good from a seller, he notifies it from the application. When the delivery agent reaches the delivery location, they make sure to receive an OTP code from the customer to enter into the delivery app to confirm the delivery. The delivery agent cannot confirm the delivery without receiving and entering the OPT in the delivery application. This ensures a secure end-to-end delivery system.

The delivery agent can not confirm delivery without receiving and entering the OPT in the delivery app. This ensures an end-to-end secured delivery system.
