Track every day you go without reaching out. Your streak grows on the home screen, so the progress you made is the first thing you see. Milestones are marked, and if the streak breaks you start again without shame.
PANIC BUTTON
For the 2 a.m. moment when you are about to text. One tap opens a calm screen that walks you through the urge until it passes.
DAILY MOOD CHECK IN
Log how you feel on a simple six level scale and answer one short journal prompt written for the stage you are in. The calendar shows the pattern over weeks, which is how most people first notice they are healing.
TALK IT OUT
A supportive AI companion that listens any time, by text or by voice, and answers with the tone of someone who has read the room. It remembers the conversation so you never start from nothing.
GROUNDING EXERCISES
Short guided practices for the moments that spike: 5 4 3 2 1 grounding, box breathing, 4 7 8 breathing, sigh and release, and an emotional detox session. Every one is finished in a few minutes.
THE UNSENT MESSAGE
Write the message you will never send. Say all of it, keep it private, and let it sit somewhere other than your chest.

Ick offers an optional auto renewable subscription that unlocks the full library of exercises, unlimited companion conversations and the complete mood history. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto renewal in your account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
