I had been using this for the past weeks since I bought my own place 2021. It does a great job alerting me on any phone calls, texting ( I didn't want email option) including the doorbell. Since I installed Homeaware devices . I have the newest smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE UW) You must have Homeaware devices first before installing this app otherwise using this app won't work. You must give permission from your smartphone if you want this app to alert you to phone & texting and emails.

I found the problem the homeware wont show turn on for the permission it does not work at all I checked everything excepted storage system problem with this app due to no ring or no message after press on at front door with bluetooth.

It majorly need an update. Last time it update since 2107. It suppose to work with my Samsung phone 8plus. It doesn't do anything. Never linked up. Yes, I have blue tooth on.
