The app does not connect properly, either it doesn't go off when it is suposed to or it goes off by itself with out an alarm even set. Not dependable at all. Plus the app keeps running in the background saying it is connected, when it obviously isn't since I am not even home. (Uses up my battery throughout the day.) Very disappointed! Wish I could get my money back on the shaker, but it's too late.

While others may have had less than desirable results with this app; I actually LIKE IT and IT DOES THE INTENDED JOB. I have it loaded onto my LG Stylo phone (Which is no longer actively used - no phone service; just WiFi. Admittedly, it's a little glitchy; (Hence the 4 star rating) BUT overall not a deal breaker. Have never had any malfunctions to waking me up. Update 10-25-2019 so called little glitches were because of user (me) issues. This app works great!👍 5 STAR RATING NOW!

The alarm feature works well if I am right on top of it. I have 1 cochlear implant and one HA so am deaf when I sleep. Phone call alerts work well as well since it vibrates until I answer. What would be helpful for me as I am frequently on call 24/7 is if the text and mail alerts (including Outlook) would vibrate until I check them when turned on as this is the primary way I receive on call notices.
