App worked fine for quite awhile. Now, It only connects when started 10% of the time. The rest of the time I need to "troubleshoot" to reconnect. It then immediately TURNS OFF the Bluetooth, warns me and asks if it can turn it on. Tap yes, Then answer another prompt from Android! Then, requires restarting the hearing aids 2 or 3 times before it recognizes them (if then!). Then, pair requests. 2 each from Android and app. App is up to date. Ridiculous. Is there an alternate RELIABLE app?

I would like to see additional functionality for android phones, linking cell phone for calls and streaming media. Similar to what is in the apple app. The functions I have now are pretty much limited to adjusting volume and battery level. UPDATE After using the app for a while, it needs a major overhaul. It randomly disconnects from one or both hearing aids, can't connect at all and I have to restart both aids and the app more than once to get the connection back.

I've had my Radiant 100s for a good month now. I'm using an Samsung S10, model SM-G973U with Android version 11 software on Verizon. The ASHA software is installed as is SoundLink 2, version 2.4.0. The stability is really awful with one or the other hearing aid dropping out in the APP almost every day. I've gone through the process of deleting the APP, resetting the wireless settings, reinstalling the APP, and putting the aids into pairing states. Usually it will originally find both, but as soon as I adjust the volume control on the Remote Control screen, one or the other will drop and try repeatedly to get it back online. It seems to selectively stay with which one it dropped first, for as much as all day. In this state, the aid that is stable will stream, but the other aid is just not there. Every once in a while, usually after I've given up on streaming for the day, it will become stable with both aids up and the streaming will work on both at once. As much as I would like to be able to say I know what has happened to get the aids to work as I expected, I can't. It is beyond me to understand exactly what it takes to get them into a stable state. It could be a software fault in the Radiant 100s or a problem with the SoundLink 2 APP, or even a problem with the Samsung implementation of ASHA. I will also say that I've not found a place to post this information aside from this forum. John
