The people saying all this app does is replace the remote are wrong. It doesn't even do that actually. It will turn the TV off, sure, but to turn it back on again I had to find the real remote because it just didn't work. It also didn't connect any of my devices to the Chromecast so that went unused. It's so weird to have an app on the market that just doesn't work? Who does this?

Literally just a replacement for the remote controller. Can't use to cast YouTube or any other apps, which is the only thing I was hoping to get out of this. Another reviewer said they were able to. Maybe in a different version or maybe the TV model matters? Who knows, but it seems useless to me unless the actual remote controller is broken or lost.

Pointless app. All it does is change the Channel, raise and lower the volume, and turn the TV on and off. Well, I said to myself "self" the hotel has kindly provided a remote control that does all that and works the menu, settings, inputs etc. Now why would anyone choose to download a third party app to downgrade thier remote controlling experience.
