Took one year subscription, but the app seems locked, still cant access.. Called the contact number given but no one is responding Review next day: got a call from kutuki by a polite soul, mr. Gautam.. Thru his guidance app is working fine now.. He told me that we can send whatsapp msg on the contact number on non working days, many thanks to kutuki team. App is wonderful, my 4 year old loves it

Problem with subscription on TV. I have taken 1 year subscription which should give me access to the app on TV. But once logged in ,the TV app is only showing 3 days default subscription. Update after 1 day..... The Kutuki team responded within a day of mauling them the problem, and resolved it immediately. Now the TV app is also running smoothly, and showing my subscription. Very good customer service.

In app purchase is totally impossible....I have tried multiple times to make payment but it always fails....I don't find any help from kutuki team in resolving my issue. I appreciate this app for absolute good educational content which my child of 5 years it totally enjoying and learning. But I don't have access to all videos as it requires in app purchase. Please help.
