Since 1st Dec, 2025 I am Mailing, sending messages to customer support of the kutuki app.. but there is no reply coming from the kutuki help center.. I have paid for the December subscription, the app is still locked and now it's been 20 days but there is no reply from any of the executives of the app. It's very sad... I am not able to cancel the subscription as the app is showing I haven't paid the subscription for this month... it's very very disappointing...

It looks like a great app and I want to use it to help my kid learn Hindi but on my child's tablet (Xiaomi Pad 6) for the option of writing the varnmala, the lines don't appear (touch doesn't work) on the top part of the letters. I can provide screenshots and other details if needed. I'm still trying the app and if this doesn't work, I'll be very sorry but I cannot pay for a subscribtion.

Problem with subscription on TV. I have taken 1 year subscription which should give me access to the app on TV. But once logged in ,the TV app is only showing 3 days default subscription. Update after 1 day..... The Kutuki team responded within a day of mauling them the problem, and resolved it immediately. Now the TV app is also running smoothly, and showing my subscription. Very good customer service.
