About this app

"Remote for Sony TV" is an application that lets you control your TV. It's a virtual remote but this app have all the features of the real remote.

To use the remote control, you must have your mobile / tablet on the same wifi network as your TV and you have to accept the message that appears on your TV. Because the application runs through the wireless network, it is not necessary to be near the TV.

If by mistake you have refused the confirmation message on your TV ( Message for establishing communication ), it is possible to change your selection by going to :
/ HOME / Network / Home Network Setup / Remote Device / Remote Device List

simple set up, for wifi,not IR blaster phones Quick installation and pairing. Wasted an hour trying other remotes that did not "see" the TV or only used Infra Red , which phone does not have. This one? Up and running in two minutes. I have to be firm with buttons but otherwise, works well.

This is made for Adverts on the Google Play store. There is no way that The Google Play Store doesn't know this app is an advert cash hub only on the Play Store for getting adverts out there en mass one underhand way it proceeds to open adverts. Is by updating agree and you receive! More Adds then it needs.To reconnect to your TV regularly. Like magic more adverts and thats just the tip of the Iceberg, keeping the advertisement cash rolling in for them. Hmm, it does work as a TV remote Control.

The app works and is easy to install. But I am uninstalling because the ads are insanly intrusive and pop up blocking the remote after opening the app and then after every 5 or so remote control operations. I would recommend finding another remote app unless you ate okay with constant ad anoyance.
