About this app

SonoCue is a clinical reference tool built for the scan room — for credentialed diagnostic medical sonographers (RDMS or equivalent) and ultrasound students. Not for patient use, not medical advice, not a diagnostic device.

Created by Tricia Henderson, RDMS — a travel sonographer with nearly 30 years of clinical experience. Every finding in the database was authored and reviewed by her.

WHAT'S INSIDE

DIFFERENTIAL FINDER
Searchable database of ultrasound findings across Obstetric, Gynecologic, Abdominal, Vascular, Neonatal, and Superficial Structures. Each entry includes:
• Threshold or measurement
• Common associations
• Next scan steps
• Clinical pearls
• Severity classification (normal variant, watch, abnormal, critical)
• Last-reviewed date

REFERENCE TOOLS
Society-cited formulas you reach for daily, in one offline-first app:
• Gestational age tables (Hadlock 1984)
• Estimated fetal weight calculator (Hadlock 4-parameter, 1991)
• Biophysical profile (BPP) scorer (Manning, 1980)
• Umbilical artery Doppler norms (Acharya, 2005)
• Cervical length stratification
• Amniotic fluid index (Phelan / Magann)

Every calculator shows its formula source on screen.

AI ANALYZE
Describe what you see — get structured differential considerations to evaluate. Not a diagnosis, not a substitute for clinical judgment. Constrained by safety guardrails: refuses dosing requests, refuses non-sonography modalities, refuses anything framed as a definitive diagnosis. Capped at 5 uses per account per day. Every response is labeled AI-generated, shows its reasoning, and can be flagged for review.

WHO IT'S FOR
SonoCue is exclusively for trained ultrasound professionals — credentialed sonographers, ultrasound students, sonography educators, and physician sonographers. It is not designed for, and may not be used by, patients or untrained individuals.

PRIVACY
SonoCue is designed to actively prevent Protected Health Information (PHI) from being processed. Input text is sanitized for PHI patterns on your device and again on our server before any AI provider receives it. We do not store input text or AI responses tied to your account. We are not a HIPAA-covered service — see in-app Privacy Policy for details.

OFFLINE-FIRST
Differential Finder, Reference Tools, and Bookmarks all work offline. Once installed, you don't need a connection for the things you reach for during a scan.

ABOUT THE BUILDER
SonoCue is an independent app created by Pixel & Pulse Travelers. It is not affiliated with any imaging vendor, hospital system, or society.
