Sons Of Smokey - SOS app is uniting public land users of all types and volunteers looking to help restore public land for future generations!

SOS app Identify and or clean illegal dump locations on public land. Geo tag and photograph abandoned vehicles, dump sites, etc. and our real-time map is updated.

How it works:
- Download the app and create an account
- Open the SOS app while using public lands
- If you see dumped debris, double tap the area on the map, leaving a description of what it is and take a picture
- You will see the trash icon appear within the app
- If you can clean the area immediately, do so and tap the icon to update the location with a new picture and describe what you did, then remove the trash location

Feedback for developers: - need functionality to home in on your current location when viewing the map. - need functionality to mark coordinates. When cell service is unavailable, you should be able to mark the coordinates so the trash location will be updated when you are able to reconnect. - add an "access info" drop down to allow users to select if the site access is for high clearance 4x4, basic drive in, or hike-in to the trash site. - allow users to take credit for cleaning up trash!!!

I'm very excited about the premise of this app and the potential impact. Unfortunately I'm having the same issues as many others have pointed out in their reviews. I simply can't get started because I never receive the text message as part of step one.

I tried using the app while in the wilderness out of cell phone data range. I was unable to log in to report either of the two small dump sites I came across. Make the app accept entries for upload once a data signal is regained.
